Refund Policy

At DVC Sweet Memory LLC, every dessert is freshly made to order and customized specifically for each customer.
No Refunds
Due to the perishable and custom-made nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been picked up or delivered.
Order Issues
If there is an issue with your order due to an error on our part, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will review the situation and, when appropriate, offer a replacement or another reasonable solution.
Order Changes
Changes or cancellations must be requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery date. Requests made after that time may not be accepted.
